Gene R. Zweben

Gene R. Zweben is a widely respected and experienced personal injury attorney and the managing partner of the Stuart, Florida, office of Schwartz Zweben LLP. Mr. Zweben also practices extensively and represents Plaintiffs in Tennessee, Texas, California, Washington, Colorado, and Maine. He is admitted to the Florida Bar; the Tennessee Bar; the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida; the United States District Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Tennessee; the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas; the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh and Seventh Circuits. He concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, premises liability, wrongful death, civil rights, Americans with Disabilities Act litigation, and general civil litigation.

Mr. Zweben graduated from Emory University in 1993. He then attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he obtained his J.D. in 1996. He is a member of the American Bar Association, The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and the Martin County Bar Association.
