

Stephen M. Nitz
Stephen M. Nitz is a member of the litigation practice group of Schwartz Zweben LLP, based in Hollywood, Florida. Admitted to the Florida Bar, as well as the Southern and Middle District Courts for the State of Florida, Mr. Nitz also practices law extensively and represents Plaintiffs as a member of the Bar in the states of Oklahoma, Washington, and Wisconsin. An experienced personal injury and accident attorney, he works primarily in the areas of maritime personal injury, civil rights, premises liability, dependency law, whistleblower cases, and commercial litigation concentrating on representing Plaintiffs under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Mr. Nitz graduated from St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin, with a B.A. in Psychology and Religious Studies in 1983. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and obtained a Master's Degree in Psychology with a clinical emphasis in 1986. Subsequently, he worked in a psychiatric hospital for four years before attending Widener University School of Law-Harrisburg campus and obtaining a Law Degree in 1993.
